By putting z’s on the plate it subconsciously tricks the peace agents or w/e they call police into believing the traveller in this conveyance is a fellow sheeple, not awake to the true inner workings of the world. They’re a fan of ZZ Top.
Why the Zs? Is some Russian troll making bank off these?
