Lunar resource prospecting companies with too much VC money? If any of them are credible then it’s a win for NASA. Their mission can still happen with someone else’s money.

They haven’t disclosed who any of the partners are, and its still in the early stages, but I’m glad that there is still some hope for VIPER! I wonder who would launch it?
