    I haven’t tried it, but quite a few of the reviews said they use an apple cider rinse to remove the residue, and that it is something you only have for a while after changing so you don’t necessarity need to use the rinse long term.

    I know that soaps and detergent can sometimes react to create a residue, could it be interacting with another product you use?

      This is the third one I’ve used (the others were more expensive) and it’s significantly more waxy. Like I would have to do an apple cider rinse everytime I wash my hair instead of every 5/6 times.
