Black Panther is just a dude on drugs, dressed like a cat. Sure, he’s got a god behind him on a good day, but it’s just some old animal god… fucking Khonshu could probably deal with that cat, and he’s been known to rummage in the loony bin morgue for followers…

So, yeah, Spawn would very much be able to defeat Black Panther, I’d say.
