I recently got back from visiting my in-laws in rural Appalachia. All the bad things that happened during the Trump presidency happened under Biden to them.
I remember seeing that with Clinton, post Bush sr. All the bad stuff done by Reagan & Bush was blamed on Clinton as he worked to clean up their messes.
