I combed that article and couldn’t find a reason, I’m with you. I think it’s due to Ukraine, but it’s not confirmed.
The contract ends November 30th and Cern isn’t renewing with the Russians. You pasted the answer in the post description.

Terrorizing non-whites doesn’t count. Only terrorism against white people does.
