My point is that if you had 100 seats to fill in parliament the hundredth seat would have to be filled by someone so it’s ironic to see the opposite logic applied to a pie chart when the topic is specifically parliament related.
Example: 80.4% + 10.3% + 9.3% = 100%, but all numbers round down.
