There supposed to be his sentencing on 26th, but after he won I doubt it will be anything.
Edit: after looking more into it, looks like he is appealing that president elect has the same rights to do any crime as president based not on Constitution or any law but on the DOJ memo.
Nothing will come of that sentencing. Not even a fine.
There’s still a small one with amendment 14, and the fact that the US military is already looking into how to refuse illegal orders.
