Summary

Trump acknowledged he cannot guarantee that tariffs on trade partners like Mexico and Canada won’t raise prices for U.S. consumers, despite his earlier promises to curb inflation.

He plans swift actions on immigration, including ending birthright citizenship via executive order and implementing mass deportations.

Trump also suggested possible legal action against political opponents, including pardoning Jan. 6 rioters, while claiming no interest in revenge.

He expressed willingness to negotiate protections for Dreamers with Congress but maintained a hardline stance on family deportations.

His comments highlight a mix of contradictory statements.

I know you’re being sarcastic, but if the Supreme Court allows it to stand (I’m assuming those EOs will be challenged in court immediately), they basically do overrule the Constitution.
