It was a stressful day, but I held my ground and didn’t give in, I’ve learnt that in these tough times people are more likely to relapse, but one needs to remember that choosing resilience over impulse and jus sitting with the feeling is OK. Sometimes you’ll have bad days, and the only way to get past them is to sit with the feeling and do nothing.
Stressful day’s are definitely hard, but you’re proving it’s possible to overcome, also 28 days is huge man, you are almost a month now, you’re building discipline!
