I have looked on settings on Android in browser and on PC application and I see no History information at present, today.
Also those years back via email with spotify, they said that there is no method of deleting history, and that they could not delete any history, even with written request. They could only dlete everything from my account or nothing.
Which was very unhelpful, naturally. And I didn’t accept that initially and went around the houses a bit with them, until I gave up.
But if theres some method or hack I AM DOWN TO TRY IT!
You can remove that history in the settings so its not taken into account when creating a radio.
