Summary

Judge Aileen Cannon has allowed the DOJ to release Volume One of Jack Smith’s report on Trump’s alleged election interference but delayed a decision on releasing Volume Two, related to classified documents, to Congress.

The DOJ had faced opposition from Trump’s former co-defendants, Nauta and De Oliveira, who argued it could harm ongoing cases.

Cannon, who previously dismissed Trump’s classified documents case, noted that releasing Volume One does not impact the defendants’ legal rights.

Arizona AG Kris Mayes requested Smith’s case file to support related prosecutions.

    Judge Aileen Cannon

How is this same traitor in any position to say no, again?

Just fucking do it! It’s the truth! Consequences aren’t real, apparently!

I forget the shenanigans, but basically trump has managed to get most of his crimes charged in a specific area where theres only like 3 judges, and out of the three of them she is the only one who can see his cases. Im sure its way more complicated than that, but thats what I remember from reading about it like 4 years ago.
