    I don’t get how they can do it so easily. I’ve seen people say “I will die for my rights… but we should still illegalize abortion” unironically
    Like how don’t the dots in their head connect those 2 ideas? How can they go to church a minimum once a week and still be so hateful?

        They ain’t wrong. You don’t need a lot of critical thinkers to get things done. You need motivated people and they motivated the hell out of their base.

          Motivated purely through outrage. Its shit that it works and goes to show why right wing politics will cut education funding.

          So when dealing with right wing workers it can help to have acceptance, and to explain things in relatable ways. Usually deconstructing popularist ideas and proving the hypocrisy as when deconstruct theses ideas are at odds with each other.
