there’s evidence of his views going waaay back, they just rarely reached the mainstream…and now it’s just obvious, so there’s a lot of people genuinely surprised because he used to at least thinly veil his awful views.
It’s not a bank so they don’t have to follow banking rules. Historically businesses and sellers have had a hard tome with paypal locking their accounts and refusing to release them. They’ve put countless people out of business because of this.
