What do we need to solve exactly? I thought solar+storage was already cheaper than nuclear. Don’t get me wrong I think we should be open to all options, we don’t have the luxury of picking/choosing or waiting for a silver bullet. When solar + storage is already cheaper and continuing to get cheaper every year though it’s a huge risk to start building something that could be a stranded asset by the time you finish.
