    Nicotine by far. I quit doing most other drugs (except I still enjoy smoking weed), but I just cannot quit smoking. I’ve tried several times, and even if I go a month or two, I still can’t resist.

    I think the reason for this is because I actually enjoy smoking quite a lot. All those other drugs eventually became more of a living hell than they were fun, so quitting them was easier.

      Food tastes much better if that’s a motivation! After few months you also start breathing much easier. And your sense of smell gets much better.

        Of course you’re right, but I’m in my mid 40s. Better tasting food and stronger smells are the least of my concerns right now. It’s so terrible for my health, especially at my age, that that is the first thing on my mind.

          That’s the first thing on everyone’s mind, yet few do something about it. Just wanted to provide a few more incentives, in the end it doesn’t matter what others tell you, it’s you who must want the change.
