    In fairness, the sail trim on that sailboat is shit.

      Looks to be more like heading up intentionally either to stall or to tack. That they’ve not got the headsail out suggests they’re trying to go slow.

        Ya, I just was just being a jerk. They could be raising there sails or putting a reef in. Or just sitting there flogging watching a giant boat sink.
