American conservatives are typically anti Islam, so it puts a point on how strange it is that they would support him. But, I wouldn’t rule out that they were using it derogatorily, either. Especially if it’s a trend with them, I’m not familiar with the site.

Oddly the headline the other day about Tate was not terrible though they couldn’t help themselves to not be anti-Islamic.
