During that time, an Occupy Wall Street protester wrote on the ground in chalk “fuck the police”. A passerby was upset at this, and they poured water over the “fuck”, erasing it. Both the protestor and the passerby had expressed themselves in their own way.
Wouldn’t criticising Twitter’s inefficient moderation be covered by “free speech”? It’s censorship under the guise of preservation.
