Are those not fettuccine noodles? I thought tagliatelle was wider (but I also think Americans classify noodles differently than Italy).
These were tagliatelle n.16 from Barilla, fettuccine are a bit thinner.
I might be thinking of pappardelle for the wide noodles. Too many kinds of noodles.
