Do i select yes, because it, even if unintentionally, is lit or do i choose yes only when the bus stop has its own lights?

    for example footway lit by a billboard or nearby motorway still can be lit=yes.

    then we can’t answer this question unless it’s night, when we can check for all possible light sources around the stop

      @merde Yes, strictly speaking, it would require visual inspection. Depending on the situation and surroundings, common sense could suffice.
