Summary

Trump reportedly held up a digitally altered image of the hand of Kilmar Abrego Garcia, a Maryland man who was deported by the Trump administration, in an attempt to prove Garcia is a gang member.

Trump can be seen holding a printed-out photo… demonstrating that “MS-13” is tattooed across his knuckles.

“This is the hand of the man that the Democrats feel should be brought back,” Trump posted. However, many have pointed out that the image appears photoshopped.

“MS-13 looks like it was typed on the photo.” “Needing to have a photo doctored… is definitely something a psychopath would do.”

    Who do I trust?

A lying asswipe who wouldn’t know the truth if it slapped him in his orange face?

A man I don’t know that has been sent to a foreign nation’s prison for no reason?

    Easy choice.

2 separate courts found him to be a MS-13 member

Yeah, and the US judicial system is always right … especially these days. 🙄

        illegally in the country

That is not a reason to believe someone is a member of a gang.

Here’s another court judgement instead …

In October 2019 he was granted a “withholding of removal” order, court documents show - a status different from asylum, but one which prevented the US government from sending him back to El Salvador because he could face harm.

Mr Abrego Garcia’s lawyers say that he was granted the status based on his “well-founded” fear of persecution by Barrio-18, the main rival gang of MS-13. Source

He was determined to be a gang member 6 years ago.

Let me get this straight - you don’t trust the judicial system that ruled he was a gang member and should be deported, but you want him back in the US so……he can get his due process via the judicial system?

Also if he isn’t a MS13 gang member, why would a rival gang target him? So what is it, he’s a MS-13 gang member or he’s not?

And his removal order was CANCELLED 6 years ago.

            Read it and weep.

              I’m glad you mentioned that.

Can you please tell us all why it was cancelled? What specific reason was given?

Since you probably haven’t actually read it, or will refuse to say it, I’ll do it for you - because MS-13s RIVAL GANG would probably come after him.

Again - because MS-13s rival gang would likely come after him and kill him.

Now ask yourself……isn’t that a strange thing to say if he’s not an MS-13 gang member?

                  Whoosh.

I know why. I wanted you to say it so you’d see how silly you sound.

Mr Abrego Garcia’s lawyers say that he was granted the status based on his “well-founded” fear of persecution by Barrio-18, the main rival gang of MS-13.

What an odd thing to fear unless you’re a member of MS-13.

Mr Abrego Garcia denies he is a member of the gang and he has not been convicted of any crime.

He entered the country illegally, according to this very article lol:

Mr Abrego Garcia has acknowledged entering the US illegally in 2012, according to court documents.

That’s a crime. He has been to court twice for his illegal entry, and he was twice ordered to be deported.

                  Then there’s this:

“Any assertions about gang affiliation would need to be corroborated with testimony, criminal history, and other corroborating evidence,” Mr Dudley said.

Oh so they would need to corroborate their suspicions with other evidence. Good thing they did then:

According to the field interview sheet and other court documents, officers said they were also advised by a “proven and reliable source” that Mr Abrego Garcia was an active member of MS-13’s “westerns clique”

This evidence was good enough for 2 separate courts to agree that he is an MS-13 member:

But the judge who presided over his 2019 case said that based on the confidential information, there was sufficient evidence to support Mr Abrego Garcia’s gang membership. That finding was later upheld by another judge.

It’s just absolutely insane that the left are going “all in” on this guy. He shouldn’t even be in the USA in the first place lol. He was proven TWICE to be an MS-13 gang member. He fears being killed by the main MS-13 rival gang if he returns home……because he’s an MS-13 member lol.
