Friends arm for scale.

Right half was barbacoa, left half was carnitas. Both great, though I like the carnitas a bit better.

      It was. Plus I just needed to see it on one plate like that. Presentation was pretty impressive when they laid it in front of me.

      Like bonkers sized pizza!
