I imagine there’s excitement for the increase of activity but worries about the potential toxic side of Reddit coming along too.

I’d especially be interested in the Lemmy devs’ opinions.

    now that i think about it, that might be very beneficial for lemmy, there are some large communities out there that do not have stable place on reddit because of bad moderation or some other issues. creating communities that appeal to these fanbases would probably bring more users to lemmy.
