I think the same about the effects when I start watching but a few episodes in the story and writing catch all my attention so I don’t even notice the effects being there (or bad) so I really don’t mind.
Rewatched it a few years ago and loved it. The effects did age terribly but i tink it still is one of the all time best sci-fi shows out there.
