they wanted to have a safe space without adding more admins & mods so they cut off 2 out of the 5 biggest instances and dozens of others as can be seen here: https://beehaw.org/instances
Bummer, I guess I can see why they’d do it with the open registration and floods of probable bots on the other instances, but it’s still kinda sad to see. Thanks for the info!
