Where should animals who can no longer live without assistance, or who need temporary homes while rehabilitating, live? Where should they go? Somewhere dark, closed off, where noone can see and learn about them?
Some zoos actually do a lot of good. Profits from ticket sales and merch often go towards preservation of their real homes, as well as the cost of rehabilitation and relocation of those that need it.
