    Most real estate conglomerates are run by 30-40 year old MBAs looking for return on investments so they can get a big bonus. They set the market. They are not boomers.

      Those kids are playing in the market the Boomers created and set the rules for, before they were ever born.

          That’s categorically untrue. The rules have been semi-fluid and evolving since the real estate market became a thing.

            The real estate market became a ‘thing’ with John Jacob Astor in the 1830s. And yes investment rules change.
