I’m no longer an American. I’ll be back in a couple of years. But I wasn’t on active duty then. I’m currently serving as a reservist in the military. I was on active duty for 8 years before that.
You will. It’s a good idea to sit and relax for a few minutes, but a serious practitioner will be reluctant to do this. Do not take it as a sign of weakness.
