Democracy is also when you vote and your voted-for result doesn’t happen. More than 40% of the state just had that experience. Democracy isn’t about you. Or me. It’s about the majority.
Democracy is when I vote and my accepted result happens.
And also when I allow a vote that I am able to “undo” when my preferred result does not happen.
