I’ve owned 2 cats who played fetch, and one of them absolutely insisted on coming for walks with our dog.
When my ex and I moved to a more urban area people would often stop us, stunned that an unleashed cat would not only walk with us but also obey my whistle to come (which I have taught every cat to do, even my current landlord’s pair).
