News often stress me out because of the negativity, but I want to stay informed.

I mostly just follow some subject matter experts on YouTube. For example, perun for Ukraine procurement, William Spaniel for Ukraine and Israel strategy/policy, legal eagle for legal stuff, Sabine Hossenfelder for science news, etc.
