Yeah, it’s down there. That dog definitely sounds Italian to me, but the cat just sounds like a cat. I guess I don’t know what a Scouse accent sounds like though.
Edit, now I’ve heard it, I think they mean the rhythm and the intonation where it goes up a half tone at the end of the meow/sentence. I’m pretty sure domestic cats learn question intonation from humans anyway, though.
