YouTube disallowing adblockers, Reddit charging for API usage, Twitter blocking non-registered users. These events happen almost at the same time. Is this one of the effects of the tech bubble burst?

They’ll say its the ‘macro economic conditions’… It’s capitalism in a nutshell:

“We made money, but not as much as we wanted to make.”

If you post a serious question on friday and are looking only for legitimate answers, then please include the [Serious] tag on your post. Irrelevant replies will then be removed by moderators.

If you intentionally annoy, mock, harass, or discriminate against any individual member, you will be removed.
