Community and socials features exist since ages, I don’t think it’s going in a social media direction at all. I’ve never seen anyone using chats seriously for exemple.
But it indeed is getting worse as they add new features which clutter even more the interface. I don’t think the rework is better, but it wasn’t a downgrade either imo.
(I didn’t see the window position and size thing, but closing steam takes 1 more click tho, this suck)
