    If he has genuinely torn his labrum, as someone who has had more than his fair share of shoulder injuries, I have no idea how he managed to move the arm, let alone skin the cat.

      He can probably do it one-handed, just using the other arm for balance

        Sure, the point I’m making is that it’s super impressive and/or ridiculous.

        I’ve frequently found myself in circumstances where my shoulder(s) has dislocated whilst I’m sleeping, and I can’t even hold my phone the next day. Not due to pain, but because the tendon is overstretched and it basically stops the entire arm working. It’s the weirdest sensation.
