minus-squareall-knight-partylinkfedilink1•6 months agoMaybe with a mod, but not natively. The characters have a ton of incidental dialogue specific to levels, Valve wouldn’t just add the other game’s characters into the other game, you’d lose a lot of dialog charm.

They’re just added for free. I only have the second one but I’ve played the first through it endless times.
But can you play as Bill in 2 now?
