Imagine walking on the ocean beach. Then a fish attached to a balloon shoots out from the water and the fish is just flopping in mid air as the balloon takes the poor thing higher and higher into the sky.

Or like a counter weight thing on the Styrofoam opposite the fish to try and orient them the right way.

It’d also be weird to see a fish stapled to styrofoam standing up
