Advice seems to be to avoid plastic water bottles. I found this recent article that was interesting https://edition.cnn.com/2024/01/08/health/bottled-water-nanoplastics-study-wellness/index.html Seems like there’s a lot the scientists don’t know yet but they advice to try and lower the amount of plastic. A breakdown of sources of that plastic would be handy in knowing what to eliminate.
