Pickled cauliflower, drained & tossed with cornstarch, fried quickly 1-2 minutes (or air fry at home), dust with seasoning salt & bbq. This is a riff off the original dish I made this for which was basically the same prep, except finished with Generasl Tsaos sweet hot sticky sauce, served over rice & garnished with sesame & scallions.

    Ohhh heck yea. Any tips for a first timer wanting to get into home pickling?
