    The thing about giving her “more than she needs” is that she can then use it to fund other people who agree with her downticket or in other districts.

    People like the Clintons and Kevin McCarthy got a lot of power in their parties by having a ton of cash to help out other candidates.

      And Clinton infamously called in those favors in 2016.

      Lots of money meant for down ballot races went straight to Hillary.

      She launched a “joint fundraising” venture, but only 1% went to state parties, the rest went to Hillary

      Meaning more republican senators and house members.

      And people are still turned off from donating to the DNC

        I haven’t donated to the DNC since that year yeah.

        But Tlaib is the farthest thing from the DNC right now, it’s not the same thing.

          I didn’t say she was similar to Hillary.

          If anything, people not giving to the DNC likely results in them giving more directly to candidates. We can’t trust the DNC to handle donations ethically
