Not quite. Landspace’s Zhuque-3 will be methalox, not hydrolox. The VTVL-1 hopper does bear some resemblance to a hot water heater though…

Are you saying it needs to be pointy? I think perhaps some of your information about rockets is coming from cartoons.
The buildings are in the background; the rocket hovered at about 350m so they are a long distance from it.
