      This is 100% the argument that’s going to get Trump reelected. Democratic partisans can’t seem to grasp that it doesn’t matter how the economy is doing if it’s not working for the poor and middle class.

        I mean voting Republican is about the only thing that would make it worse for the poor and middle class. Voters who vote for them expecting it to be better are, let’s say it nicely, not very well informed.

          I wouldn’t argue that the Republicans are any better, but the problem here is the poor and working class are seeing their lot reduced no matter who they vote for, so it gets difficult to argue that one is better than the other from their perspective.

          When looking at Biden and Trump, they don’t see a fascist or non-fascist, they just see change.
