I had the issue with invisible mobs, and this mod did not really fix it. It improved things but it was definitely not a fix.
Elden Ring needs hardware overall, not just GPU. When I upgraded my CPU the glitch resolved. (From fx8350 to Ryzen 5600) I was even able to use a graphics card below minimum specs (Radeon 570rx) without any invisible mobs afterwards.
