I would prefer something based on Debian, like Ubuntu or PopOS, but I’m open for other suggestions as well, as I’m looking for a distro to daily-drive on my new Framework laptop.

Honestly, Ubuntu just works and has an awesome community. After using a few distros I came back to Ubuntu and I use it everyday

@tiny_electron @Gamer153 Expanding on “just works”… a lot of unpackaged software that you’ll find on GitHub has Ubuntu install instructions, even if they don’t have any other distros.

When I’m at home, I don’t want to be untangling dependencies and thinking so hard. 😃 It’s nice when it “just works”
