As expected, unionized workplaces have higher, more equal pay, less turnover, and greater employee well-being. The true measure of inclusion is not whether an organization is willing to give a voice, but whether it is willing to give power.
The article described our “union boom” as the growth we saw last year. While its awesome to acknowledge our wins, I think its also important to understand the greater context. The last two decades have been rough for unions. Hopefully we can continue this growth and support.
