minus-square@[email protected]linkfedilink3•3 months agoI think I would be willing to taste it. My assumption is that if it’s still good after years, there’s probably no living bacteria in there, so would be safe to eat (relative to a regular hot dog).

It didn’t materially change in a year, it’s probably fine. Well, it would taste awful but it’s probably doing well.
