minus-square@[email protected]linkfedilinkEnglish8•4 months agoNot everywhere has guaranteed PTO payouts, so burn that shit while you can and use the time to get a new job. Theres also the bullshit of “unlimited time off” where there’s not a definitive payout in places that DO guarantee PTO payout.
