This is why it’s so hard to get fans onboard with putting pressure on refs. You get pissed when it happens to you and laugh when it’s someone else. It’s what happened with Liverpool. It’s what happened with us. And it’s what you’re doing with Newcastle right now. Things aren’t going to change if the pressure isn’t coming from all sides for the same decision. Like it or not public opinion plays a huge role in how the PGMOL responds to certain decisions. That’s why they responded the way they did against us.
Different competitions first of all, different referee boards. You want fans to rise up against the PGMOL for a European mistake?
