    Oh gosh… hmm… I want to say it’s something having to do with krusty or maybe his Dad. The book Bart has open is a popup book of Noah and the Arc and he’s laughing at the people drowning.

    Pretty sure Bart’s laughing at the people drowning in the pop-up book. I believe it’s the episode that Homer discovers he is an accidental mascot for a Japanese company.
